The hotel rooms are perfect for a good night's stay at this beautiful place, especially after a long day of travel. The rooms were super clean, with a jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the river, offering a colonial touch. They were large and comfortable, ideal for families with kids and grandparents. The service was excellent in the evenings and very welcoming overall. The location is gorgeous, quiet, and convenient for exploring the Sacred Valley or for a relaxing day. The dining experience was nice but more like Hostal quality than 5 stars. The facilities were good with lots of choices. However, the dining experience was more basic than expected. The pricing was fair, but the rooms and dining experience didn't fully reflect a luxury stay.
The hotel offers amazing rooms with luxurious amenities like a double sink and a jacuzzi; however, the comfort level could be improved. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests, but there were occasional errors in service provision. The location is perfect for exploring the Sacred Valley and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience was excellent, with friendly staff and a wide selection; however, food availability seemed inconsistent. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with two large queen beds, but this setup can limit space to open suitcases. The service, particularly in the restaurant, is exceptional and exceeds expectations. The location in the Sacred Valley is stunning with beautiful surroundings. Dining experiences may resemble a Hostal quality and could improve food replenishment times. The facilities are clean and well-maintained.
